Synopsis

TrollHunter is an intriguing fantasy horror film, about giant bear-like creatures called trolls. These trolls existed on Earth since times immemorial, but are making themselves visible now, by creating havoc in the countryside. Their existence had been concealed, owing to a government conspiracy. Excited to explore the truth behind the trolls, a group of Norwegian film school students set out to film a documentary on these trolls. They seek the help of Hans, a member of the Troll Security Service, who hunts and poaches any trolls, who cross their limitations and harm humans. Although, Hans is initially reluctant to help the youngsters, their undeterred determination against an encounter with a giant troll, impresses him. He allows them to follow him on his trail to hunt these menacing trolls. Hans first ensures that none of the students is Christian, as trolls recognize anyone carrying the blood-stream of a Christian and often tend to kill them! Hans tells them to remove their clothes and rub a special troll scent on their bodies to prevent detection.
