Synopsis

The researchers and scientists’ fraternity is forever excited at the prospect of the creatures from the other world, setting foot on our planet.

For them, it would be a historic day, which would pave the path for a better future. But who knows the intentions that the others will come with, when they finally decide to give our planet a visit. Maybe, they would not come holding white flags. Maybe, they will come with strange powers that we are not aware of. The Darkest Hour captures the same possibility in a gruesome environment. It depicts a group of youngsters, trying to save their lives after aliens fall from the sky in ball-shaped vehicles! The invaders of Earth cannot be seen, and are in possession of powers that can destroy a life with a single touch. The forces of our planet are defeated, and the picture captures a band, led by the protagonist, trying to find a way to kill the invisible monsters. All these events unfold on the soil of Russia.
