Synopsis

There must have been a time in your life, when you ached to find a way of getting through homework assignments! This is what makes the theme of the new movie, 'Homework', very interesting to watch. The movie is an off-the-cuff high school drama with slightly twisted, yet humane characters. It has romance, comedy, drama and love triangles. The story commences with George Zinavoy being throttled by his trigonometry teacher in school, for not having completed his homework. George gives a lame excuse for not doing his assignments; saying that he kept thinking the previous night about the fact that he will die one day and that too alone, and hence everything else (his homework assignment for example) seemed immaterial to him! George's explanation of his stream of thoughts, earns a lot of laughs from his classmates, but he ultimately lands up in the Principal's office. The Principal puts George on an academic probation and asks him to complete all his previous home work assignments within two weeks, or else he would not graduate from high school.
