Synopsis

A quest to find the truth behind parentage is the driving force of the movie named Mysteries of Lisbon. During the mission to quench the thirst for this rightful information, the relations and various characters start tumbling up and down.

As the stream of its engaging events flows, viewers are introduced to Father Dinis, who is known to be a man of faith. One fine day, Joao, who is a teenager born from a couple in love and raised in an orphanage, starts asking questions about his parentage. To tackle this particular situation, father Dinis arranges for him to meet his mother. Well, the mother of Joao happens to be an affluent countess by the name of Angela. While Angela is married elsewhere, the message spreads out that her covetous and crotchety husband is not the father of the child that she is carrying in her womb and is that of some other man.
